The villas rental is situated just 1 km of Skiathos town, with a partial sea view surrounded by a large olive grove.
Villas is available as a vacation rental from April to November (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) and provides accommodation for up to 4/6 guests.
The villas is set on two levels. The lower level is the main part of the villa offering big living room with open fireplace, dining Table with 6 Chairs, one 3-Seater Sofa, two Armchairs, Coffee Table and fully equipped kitchen.
Large sliding glass doors open onto an outdoor extensive terrace area overlooking the garden. The terrace area has furnished with Table, comfortable sofas and sun bed.
On the first floor there are two, air conditioned double bedrooms and one bathrooms.
